Delivery is by Courier or Australia Post. Small items will be posted. Larger and heaver items will go by our courier.
Our Courier company is Australian Air Express which is one of the best in Australia.
In most cases, orders are sent within 24 - 48 hrs. Generally, delivery to most areas of Australia is within 1 - 7 days. There are more remote areas that will take longer as there is less freight being sent there and transport companies tend to wait for the freight to build up before delivering to these remote regions. Please be patient if this is the case as it is out of our control.
We deliver by courier anywhere in Australia (we do not accept International orders).
If there is an extended delay due to a product being out of stock etc. you will be advised by email.
All orders must be signed for or the goods will not be left and will involve a return visit by the courier and may incur a further charge.
The weight shown on the product page is not necesarily the product weight as it is calculated to suit the cubing size that all freight companies use for the package size ( Length X Width X Height )
The total delivery cost will be confirmed when you proceed to the checkout.
Whenever possible use a business address for delivery where you know someone will be able to sign for it during business hours.
Please note once the delivery leaves us the reasonability for the goods is between you and the courier company.
Freight is calculated when you enter your delivery address details BEFORE you enter your payment details so you'll know exactly how much freight is before you pay.
Special Delivery Instructions:
We will ensure that any special instructions are written on the consignment note or on the courier satchel. Unfortunately we can not guarantee that these instructions will be followed by the courier.
