We are located in Windsor NSW.
2. Do you have a shop front where I can purchase or pick up the
goods ?
No, we are internet only to keep the overheads down and the cost lowest to you the
customer !
3. What are the warranty on your products ?
All of the goods we sell have a 12 months manufacturers warranty, in the event of failure
of a product we will deal with you the customer to resolve any issues.
4. Why do I need to register to purchase products ?
You need to register so when you place items in the cart and proceed to checkout the
shipping can be calculated for your address.
5. If I purchase with my credit card are the details secure ?
Yes all credit card processing is through the ANZ bank which is through a secure
connection from our site and all details are held by ANZ, nothing is retained by us except
your registering details.
6. How can we trust to purchase from you ?
We are a Australian registered company with an ABN and provide you with a Tax invoice
by email after the purchase is completed.
7. who does your shipping ?
We use exclusively Registered Australia Post for the smaller and lighter items or
Australian Air Express for heavier and bulkier purchases, both carriers are trustworthy
and can be tracked

. How long will it take to receive my goods after payment by me ?
After we receive payment the goods are normally shipped within 24 hours and depending
on method of shipping and your location you should have the goods 2-5 days after we
ship.
9. Why does some shipping seem expensive ?
Shipping by all couriers is based on two factors, weight & cubic size, so an item can
be light but in a big container so is charged accordingly as if it is heavy !
All companies have a base formula, if it is one cubic metre in size it weighs 250Kg for
charging the freight cost.
Also some of the more remote country areas attact a premium by couriers because of
the location and low use of transport to the region, a large area of WA for example !
