How to Shop in our site
1. The Software calculates the delivery cost when we know your Postcode.
2. You will not be contacted by us if you register unless you request it.
3. Your details will not be passed on to a third party or used for any other purpose!
4. Putting items in the cart does not mean you then have to purchase, the cart can
be cleared at any time.
5. We only see your movements if you confirm the order and pay for it.
Finding what you Require
Two ways you can do this -
1. Slide the mouse along the top bar to the most likely category for what you are
looking for the move down the sub categories and click on the item you want.
2. You can use the Search Box at the top under the Banner pictures.
Products are displayed with a small picture you can the click on this and go to a full description and a larger picture.
A large amount of products also have a much larger image and some have more images when you go to this page, look for the text " Click to Enlarge "
When you find a product that you want click the " Add to Cart " button, or on the main page you can click the " Buy Now " button.
If you need more than one item change the quantity in the little box marked
" Quantity " which always defaults to 1.
You can click on the "View Cart " Link on the Right hand side at any time to see what you have placed into the cart.
When you are finished shopping and to to the checkout you normally will be given a number of shipping choices unless it is large and heavy then it will be courier only.
If you then decide to proceed and purchase you will be given three options for Payment -
1. Credit card which is a secure transaction through thje ANZ Bank.
2. Direct deposit into our bank if you do not like using acredit card.
3. Mail us a Cheque and the goods will be sent when we receive it and it clears, this
is of course the slowest method of receiving your purchase!
When you purchase you will receive an email confirmation of your order and as the
order is processed and shipped you will receive more emails confirming this.
