Returns Policy

If a product is faulty or not working for some reason and you need to return it for repair or service, then you will need to apply for an Returns Advise number. We cannot accept product returns without the Returns Advise.

The returned products will be inspected and tested. If the fault or problem cannot be found, we will have to return the same product back to you.
To obtain an Returns Advise please fill in the following form. You will need the following information:

  • Invoice number
  • Invoice Date
  • Contact details
  • Reason for return

The Returns Advise is only valid for 14 days.
Do not send the product back until you receive the RA number. Once you have received your number, please put a copy of it and your invoice in with the product and carefully package the product so that it will arrive with no damage.

We will notify you as soon as we have received your returned product and keep you updated on its status.

EAC Supplies cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to products occurring in transit on return to our warehouse.
If any of the following apply we will not accept the return !

  • Incomplete or missing parts
  • Packaged very poorly
  • You simply changed their mind or decided you do not like the goods
  • There are signs of physical damage to the product or its packaging
  • The product has been damaged by incorrect installation
  • The product has been damaged due to unreasonable or unintended use
