All products sold carry a 12 month warranty from date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and if necessary installed by trained and or licensed personnel.
If a product becomes defective during the 12 month period, it must be returned to EAC Supplies for assessment. If the product is faulty, it will be replaced free of charge. Freight costs incurred in returning the product to us will be at the sender's expense. We will cover the cost of freight to return the replacement product.
Should an identical product be unavailable for replacement then it will be at our discretion to send an equivalent product.
Please notify EAC Supplies within 7 days if an item arrives damaged or DOA.
